The SAAS Project focuses on a web-based software platform designed for business efficiency and analytics. The platform required a user-friendly interface to handle complex workflows, reports, and customer management. The design prioritizes clarity, scalability, and ease of navigation to support both novice and expert users.

• Problem & Solve

The existing system was unintuitive, with cluttered interfaces and complex workflows. Users faced difficulty accessing important features. The solution was to streamline workflows, reorganize information, and create interactive dashboards with clear visual hierarchy. These changes reduced user frustration and improved adoption and efficiency across the platform.

• Design Process

The process started with extensive research into user needs, platform functionality, and industry benchmarks. Wireframes and prototypes mapped the core workflows, followed by visual design focusing on readability, iconography, and responsive layouts. Iterative testing ensured features were discoverable, accessible, and visually cohesive, resulting in a polished and scalable SaaS platform.
