The Cycle Shop Project is a complete e-commerce and brand experience design created for a modern bicycle retailer. The project focuses on showcasing products effectively, simplifying the customer journey, and improving online sales conversions. The design combines visual appeal with functional layouts, presenting bicycles, accessories, and services in a clear and engaging way. The project also integrates responsive design, ensuring an optimized experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.



  • Problem & Solve


The client struggled with an outdated website that confused visitors and limited conversions. Customers faced difficulties browsing products, accessing details, and completing purchases. The solution involved designing a structured interface with intuitive navigation, clear product categorization, and a smooth checkout process. By focusing on user experience, the design increased engagement, improved product visibility, and simplified online purchases, effectively addressing the client’s challenges.



  • Design Process


The design process began with research and competitor analysis, identifying gaps in existing online bicycle stores. Wireframes and prototypes were created to map user journeys, followed by visual mockups emphasizing brand identity and product appeal. Iterative testing ensured the interface was intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing. The final design blended aesthetics with functionality, resulting in an engaging, user-friendly e-commerce platform.



  • Workflow Scenario


The workflow scenario simulates a typical customer journey, from landing on the homepage to selecting a bicycle, customizing options, and completing checkout. Each interaction point was carefully designed to reduce friction, guide decisions, and provide clear calls-to-action. Admin workflows were also optimized for easy product management, order tracking, and inventory updates, making the system efficient for both users and the client.
